Therapy sessions are typically 50–55 minutes long. Weekly sessions are often recommended at the start, but frequency can be adjusted based on your needs and goals.

At this time, we offer therapy exclusively through virtual sessions. All appointments are held via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Virtual therapy provides a flexible and accessible way to receive support from the comfort of your own space, while still offering the same level of care and connection as in-person sessions.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or to reschedule your session. Late cancellations, within 48 hours of your appointment, or no-shows will incur a fee of $125.

Yes. Any documentation requests (letters, forms, etc.) are billed at our standard rate of $250/hour, billed in 30-minute increments.
